Doves Funerals Group wanted to communicate an emotive brand campaign that connects with its target market.

A social media led campaign that enabled the brand to communicate and engage with its audiences on social media.

A campaign called #isikhumbuzo asked audiences; ‘Why wait until it’s too late (the passing of a loved one)?’ and encouraged them to say something wonderful to their loved ones, while they are still alive (TODAY).

Janong built a campaign microsite, which enabled Doves’ social media communities to share voicenotes, pictures and video content. Audiences could create messages on the microsite and share them on their own Facebook and Twitter profiles. A Doves #isikhumbuzo YouTube channel was created to showcase this message.
